Women tend to see flowery sides of the issue. They think of emotions, experience, and romance; the men see things relating to circumstances and planning. While most of us don?t really care how well we are provided for financially, guys make this a huge issue. They do have a role of provider, and most seem to take it seriously.
I?ve heard many girls say they don?t care how well off the guy is, or what he makes, or where he works. But guys can?t seem to see themselves in a relationship without a job. It?s kind of disturbing when such an institution like marriage is left up to financial circumstances, not God?s timing.
?At what point do you consider yourself ready for a long term relationship??

Every single answer related somehow to money. However, does it really, really matter if you have a certain amount of money in the bank before you ask?
Debt is never a good thing to carry, and personally, I don?t want to marry a guy who feels okay with going ?red? and slaving away to pay it back.
Having a financial burden like a house or car is tough: but that is life. You could never work long enough to pay off a house and still get married before 30. Today?s economy is not suited towards the maverick (Ever try to start your own business? Whoo!) and keeping a basic job might be tough. But that is where something called an ?entrepreneurial? spirit needs to come in.
Ladies (and gentlemen)- learn how to do small jobs like selling cookies, crafts, etc. Writing e-books (so I might be biased), and doing things for people who don?t want to do for themselves. Raise animals to sell. Offer rides for a decent price. Use your brain!
If you know of someone, and you have a job, just get married! God provides- and if you think that is foolish, you may need to rethink what God can do!
