Class Descriptions - Strength

Aikido
Aikido is performed by blending the motion of the attacker & redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on. This class will teach the basics of aikido dance & movements without direct contact.

Capoeira
A unique & exhilarating form of Afro/Brazilian martial arts. Combine the elegance of dance & the power of martial arts with Afro-?Brazilian musical rhythms & you?ll get a dynamic workout that improves endurance & strength.

Total Body
a fun and intensive 6 week class combo designed to re-shape your body. We will find and define your muscles through cardio and resistance training but also talk on topics of nutrition and wellness. Be ready for a killer workout along with handouts on practical info on well-being.

Class Descriptions - Dance

Beginning Ballet
Learn the basic and proper techniques of ballet in a beautiful studio atmosphere. Class will build your skills as well as your strength.

Hip-Hop
This high-?energy class combines the skill & fun of hip-?hop dance moves. You will learn techniques such as popping & back dance.

Belly Dancing Blast
Learn this beautiful cultural dance while exercising your mind & body. This class is a whole body workout that will strengthen & tone your figure.

Zumba
Have fun learning the proper techniques combining belly dancing with modern dance styles into a short choreography.

Salsa

Fun and exciting class designed for students to learn the fundamentals of salsa, timing, rhythm, and footwork. All levels welcome! Classes include repetition, practice and patterns. Jon us!

Contemporary Jazz

This dynamic class introduces jazz combinations but also throws in modern dance styles and contemporary teachings from local choreographers in San Francisco. Class is open to learning choreography from popular/current music videos.
